Sales Assistant (Full time staff)
ON TOKYO SHOWROOM INC. is currently looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Sales Assistant.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be
Developing customer relationship through daily communications and respective customer service during sales campaign.
Supportive work diligence required for any issues relating the sales of designated brands including delivery, payment collection, repairment and orders.
Providing day-to-day and ongoing support through utilization of internal relationships and team member collaboration to drive results and to balance opposing points of view between clients and designers.
Successful experience simplifying complex, interactive customer experiences.
Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
Available for both domestic and overseas business trip. (A few days to 2 weeks maximum each time)
Experience in fashion industry / international business.
Fluent in English and Japanese, additionally preferred for ability of 3rd language.

Five-day week work
